Have a small budget of 500 or less so looking for a decent tv in the 50” or so range. Doesn’t have to be smart since my PS4 will always be hooked up to it. This looks like a good one since the sale price but I don’t know much about TVs besides the basics. It will be used for gaming and movies so picture quality is main thing.

that tv is on the lower end of input lag with the new model tvs. it has a "game" mode to reduce input lag. it has been on sale for as cheap as $450 i believe. but $500 isnt too bad for it. i had the ku6300 which is one year prior of the same line up.

i had a 50" 1080p tv with that stand before (samsung), and it was leaning forward when I bought it so I brought it back.

Thanks! Does input lag refer to the refresh rate? Looking at the specs I see Motion Rate 120 which i'm guessing is that?

Don't want to go over 500. Curious what makes that better though. The one I originally linked also has HDR+ the bestbuy listing is wrong.

Costco had a 50" UHD (4k) Roku TV from TCL a couple of weeks back for $350. I purchased a similar HD Roku TV from Sam's club 4 yrs ago and simply loved it ~$300.

Picture Quality = poor (but since there probably isn't a Samsung QLED or LG OLED next to it, you probably won't be too bothered
Smarts = Roku4

Imo pretty damn good deal.
