Personally i would rather have a i7-7700HQ 2.8GHz 4 core than a single or duo core above 3Ghz with some shitty IPC.

Aka what you're saying isn't possible on your budget. I5 minimum or better runs around 500+ new or refurbished. Time to buy used or up your budget if you wanna play wow without it being a slide show

Im fine aslong as it can run it on low settings im just gonna be traveling alot this month and next. My rig cant travel with me sadly and i don't feel a need to bust my pocket book on something that gets rarely used

Ive done many budget builds for things its a challenge and i like it. But laptops are a different story

Ive done starter builds for 250-280$ range, that ran atleast most games at med-high settings

Im here to see what you guys come up with. I found a asus rog for 245 refurb with dedicated nvidia gfx with shipping its 290$
