The max. core temp for an FX-8320 is 62C. The max. package temp is 74C. Speccy, for example, shows the core temp.

For the vid card, they have pretty high max. temps, but, try to keep it 80C or under.
You can use MSI Afterburner (free) to adjust the vid cards, fan speed, or even make a fan curve.

/e Use EVGA Precision, rather than MSI Afterburner, since it's an EVGA card.

78c peak sounds like nothing to worry about for a gpu.
cpu is okay too.

unless ur pushing 95c dont worry about the gpu
your cpu is rated to run at 62c nonstop for years, so go ahead and go further. Worth mentioning that AMD's sensors aren't the best though (i remember it used to tell me my temps were 300c+ occasionally) so use some discretion, keep it 5c under max safe temp to be certain you actually are under or at it.

If that is the core temp, then no.
If you can get the CPU voltage lower, and still be stable, then you might have a bit more OC in that sucker.

The voltage is what causes the high temp. You already have an 800Mhz OC....that's pretty good.

but 54 under load isn't much i think he has some thermal headroom..

No...he doesn't. Unless he's stress testing with P95 or similar.
Ya really dun wanna mess around with AMD thermal limits.

I mean my friend ran his phenom at 75-80c for years. it wasn't bulldozer but it had the same operating temp of 62c. It never died, he ended up retiring it
I'd argue you should get the most out of something like an 8320e while you can, you probly arent going to be using it for years to come at this point
if under normal full load hes getting 54c he has some safe headroom. just how i feel.
