needs to be able to run windows 7 with full support ( = no kabby or skylake)
needs to be able to play hearthstone / dota2 without problems while watching UHD content on a second screen
should be available in germany or able to be shipped to germany at least

Older skylake model of most gaming laptops should work
Make sure it has hdmi 1.4 or w/e version supports 4k output

id go for a asus rog gl552 even tho it has skylake. its fully working on windows 7 afaik.

nah i currently have a skylake based system that does not work on windows 7 (no sound, no touchpad, no usb 3.1)
no budget. my work pays for it.

yeah ofc with device id etc. tried some lookup tools as well. there seems to be no windows 7 intel sst driver for my board as well as no usb 3.1 driver. there is a touchpad driver but it gives errors on legacy bios and sometimes bluescreens. on top it is randomly working and stopping.

Asus FX553VD is my current system if that helps. but i kinda doubt it ^^

went for a lenovo y50-70 with a 4th gen i7, a gtx960m and 16gb ram. inb4 that was a stupid buy XD looked kinda ok for a win 7 notebook.
