I need some decent silent fans for my PC that blow good air.

Any recommendations? My fans are getting a lot louder over the years and starting to be heard a lot when I speak.

Cheaper the better since I have no money atm :)

they're either running faster because dust and shit is reducing heat transference so stuff is hotter, or they could use some new lubrication

Just thinking of what could cause them to run louder over time. It's possible the damage is irreversible i.e the sleeve bearing has been partially sanded away by friction but probably not
Dude's got no money so I was tryina help

You actually have a point there. If money is a concern, buying nicer fans may not be that viable of an option. Give that PC a very good clean and analyze for yourself if fans are really needed.

If in fact you really just want fans, Be Quiet! fans are good. Or ofc Noctua.

Any fans + some sort of fan controller.

IMO its always better to have high CFM fans, And just lower their power to 30% for everyday use, And have the option of turning them up 75%+ While stress testing / gaming / etc.

probably your best bet on a budget, just use a fan controller though to dial em back a tad.
