delidding first. Library has a free 3d printer, so going to print a delidding tool.

make sure this is playing while you do it

liquid metal between Die/IHS.
Between the IHS/cooler its not such a huge thing really any work but if you want big dik go Grizzly Kryonaut.
The greatest reduction in temps is not so much the change in paste as its the reduction in gap between the die and IHS.

gasket sealer through a syringe is what you want if your trying to reseal the IHS back on.
