So, my room is CONSTANTLY uncomfortable and I'm using a stock cooler- so to say the least; we're both uncomfortable- my PC and I.

My PC sits at 54-63C under load, and 36 Idle

I was debating getting a Cooler Master Hyper T2 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

Is the solution- Liquid cooling?

Will Liquid cooling make my room cooler while also reducing my cpu temps?

I'm willing to spend the $60 - if it makes my room cooler, otherwise i'll just get a $20 T2

PC Specs: (This is my EXACT computer, my model number and everything)

Don't radiators produce more cooling than heating? energy vs heat

They spread the heat out better.. But it's still going into the atmosphere

Water just has a higher heat capacity than air

What if I get a bucket of water and put it in the corner of my room and have a fan blowing into it?

Not sure what you're asking but, heat is heat

Whether you have air at 90 degrees or water at 80 degrees both will warm up your room, it just takes more to heat up the water than the air, therefore it also takes more to cool down the water.

As it cools the heat from the water goes into the atmosphere (your room)

You can't make the heat dissappear

Also I'd you have an open bucket of water in your room it will act as a humidifier and make it even more unbearable :)
