Then you don't need a 144hz monitor.

Wait you did see the games I listed right?

Also I didn't ask if I needed it... I asked if anyone knew of a good one in this price range

Sorry but have you ever tried a 144hz monitors?
Smoothness is noticeable in all games and you see the difference on the desk as well.
I could never dream of going back to 60hz on my main monitor.

Dell S2417DG was on sale the other day for 399$
1440p 144hz.

27" 1080p starts to look a bit unsharp.
Do 24" 1080p or 1440p for larger screen.

This is quite nice

I have, its over rated imo and not worth the cost atm.

He's not playing fps games either. Mostly moba's/RTS's from what it seems like aside from what he listed just now.
"Games Played: Diablo, WoW, Age of Empire, Warcraft, Scarcraft, DC universe online, Rift, League of Legends, Heroes of Newerth"

Plus we don't even know if he could run 144hz on a 2k res and 27 inch is far to big for 1080p.

Ugh I just guess I have to sensitive eyes. There is a reason mid to high end TV's start to use 120hz+ native.

- What gpu do you OP?
