It's about 2 months old, built it myself
It's been running 24/7 for 2 months

One day random it shut off.
Wouldn't turn back on
Unplugged, replugged turned back on
Ran 5 minutes then shut off

Where do I start? I checked all the connections and cleaned out the dust (there was basically none to speak of)

Do you have a parts list?

Just guessing: I would check the thermal paste between the CPU and the CPU cooler.

From the motherboard and CPU that you listed in the other topic, I'm guessing a budget build.
Budget power supply may be the problem as well.

It's a different computer.

If you think the cpu connection could be an issue I think you could be right.

I build one this weekend for my dad with the same cpu and when we put his on and the heatsink snapped I then you needed to twist the "screws"

I don't believe I did that on mine.

If the thermal compound is not applied properly...the comp will shut down to protect the CPU.

Fair enough

I had just sort of assumed it wasn't a build issue because it has been running for awhile. I'll check it when I get home

My bet is the PSU

Could be on its way out & any sort of load trips it & causes it to turn itself off to keep from damaging components. Would explain why you have to unplug it to get it to turn back on.

What PSU is in it?
