Anyone have any info on the next gen? I'm looking to build a pc, just got a nice case today. Trying to weigh my options if I should go with the older gen or the newer gen

you'll have an empty case for like a year if you wait for new stuff unless you want Ryzen (AMD)

Just get a 6600 or 6700k.

Performance between 4000-line and 6000-line is very low, but price can at times differ a lot. Buy something from the 4000-line if u want it cheap now

wtf I asked a similar question a month ago and people told me to wait for the new shit.. They told me that the newer stuff will go on sale (1070's/1080's)...

So I was going to wait for the beginning of the year and see.. lol

I was trying to build a new computer and get a good price. My computer right now handles everything I do so I don't need one, but they told me to wait for early next year... lol
