Netherlands, and my mate can build it in. but i hear so many mixed things dunno what to believe anymore...

usually its recommand to build yourself get more for your money. does this prebuilt pc come with windows i presume got a link?

Make sure you're spending a decent amount on the PSU. For instance, a 750W for 15USD is usually a red flag.
