Would that mobo+CPU+GPU combo be very good? I wanted an i7 because I like to go as best as I can, but I was told i5 is just as good for gaming.

Is the price difference in the GPU's a big deal? Would the 1070 be more than enough for at least 5 years?

I built a computer about 3 years ago and it's starting to show signs of FPS dropping while playing CS:GO and I do not like that.

Buy the cpu/mobo from there

buy a new inbox 1080 from ebay or somewhere. I keep seeing people sell them for 520-560 range brand new never opened.

Depends what your budget allows for but microcenter will be the best way for the cpu/board.

If you wanna future proof more get i7 def worth it with a 1070 or 1080

Check that i7, I think that's the same price it was around for black friday too.
