http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=75213501&f=188Okay. So the power source gets to the motherboard. It starts the fans, including the one on top of my cpu. BUT the cpu wont power up... This is weird, considering the last time I had it running the temps were fine.

The main problem seems to be that the cpu isn't booting up. You know the lights on the motherboard? It red lights the cpu and then never fully starts up. Whenever it gets passed the cpu the gfx card and everything else starts up and I can run it. I tried switching wires.... I tried doing w.e....
My question as to what the problem is? Is my motherboard malfunctioning? My motherboard isnt fully fastened in... it didn't come with enough screws for it. Is this the problem?
I'm honestly thinking about calling in or dropping my computer off at a tech repair place and having them fiddle around with it and figure it out....
Anybody have any suggestions or know the price for something like that?
I'VE DONE EVERYTHING. The only thing I haven't done is taken off the cooler and reapplied thermal paste (it looks like its still in the same spot as it was when I put it on, the paste doesn't decay right?).
I've switched out old wires with new extra ones (this computer setup isn't even a year old).
I don't know what to do. Please help.
Okay I think I got it all connected....
Things plugged into the PSU: Cpu1, Motherboard, VGA1 & 2 (both plugged into GFX Card), Sata 1 (My SSD), all wires from the case except case fans (I think I have them in right).
Cooler plugged into motherboard and on top of CPU, running fine. GFX card is not running. Red light on motherboard still on for the CPU. It is in the same condition as before.
Monitor plugged into wall and into GFX card.
I moved the GFX card twice on the board. Once in the original position that I always used (it did not work), and once on the far end, it is still not working.
Any advice?
What if I plug monitor into integrated on motherboard? Would this help me find something out? (This is part of repost, this is it all plugged in outside of the case)
The integrated didn't work either even after I removed the GFX card.
