Is there a way to control those fan headers outside using GPU Tweak II from Asus?

They disable my two 140mm fans when the GPU is idle, which is okay I guess, but I'd like to adjust them a bit.

They also seem spastic to turn on. 0c-50c they're off, 60c then turn on, then when temps drop back down to 50c they stay on. I am not sure how they were programmed to curve but it feels a bit weird. Although temps are running fine and I can barely hear the card now.

GPU Tweak 2 refuses to run.

Decided to just buy a fan splitter cause I can't even get this card to hit 60C to turn the fans on unless i lock the GPU fans at 20%
