Friend needs a new computer monitor, nothing special but budget is 190 CAD, I dunno what to recommend pls help

You guys need new eyes or something. All the monitor threads on the last 2 pages are about 144hz monitors, this guys got $190 CAD. That's lunch money bro you cant 144 with that

OP just go on pcpartpicker, browse monitors, set it to what u need and get the cheapest one with a decent brand name and some reviews. With that budget i recommend some kinda 21"-24" 1080p 60hz IPS monitor.
