so after doing a factory restore on my mx15 alienware laptop there has been a big change in my gameplay that i wasn't experiencing prior to the restore.
an example would be runescape, i never experienced lag but now the game is so choppy and lags almost to the point of being unplayable.
when i visit the dell websites 'drivers and downloads' page there are 26 recommended files that need attention, could this play a part in that?
i'm wondering if there is someone that can remote control my laptop and help me install these.
