This is my Modem: https://www.amazon.com/ARRIS-SURFboard-SB6183-DOCSIS-Cable/dp/B00MA5U1FW - 686mbps
ISP: Comcast
I play games, watch movies, stream content.
About 6-8 devices used at once.

I live inside an apartment, heavy populated area.

I think I lost my router during my move, so I may have to get a new one :(

Thanks :)

This is what I am using but I see they have come out with a newer version of it. the only thing I wish is that they had dd-wrt for it.

4 Devices hardwired.

All wireless devices can be 5Ghz

I had this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HEX851C/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Haven't really set a price range, would like it to be under 100

Im on the same xfinity internet, and the same modem.

Got an Asus RT-N66U and love it. Im in an apartment though and downsized from my last router so i didnt need a beefy one with extended range or all that jazz...just me and my gf and a couple of devices. Handles everything flawlessly and i dont lose much speed. Straight from the modem i was 360 down and on wireless devices im still seeing 280+

You don't have much options at this price range tbh.
This is your best bet unless refurb/used or your willing to spend more.

not sure how this one compares with the rest, but this ones on sale. it seems to be a step up from the one atrhur suggested. his is the C5 and this is the C9. but this one seems to be just $5 more in price, for a decent upgrade.

Thinking of getting the C9. $100ish range versus $150ish range.

All gaming and 4k smart tv will be hardwired so all the extra features such as beaming, high wifi speeds, cpu, usb 3.0, MIMO, 4 stream is really out of the scope.

Thoughts?
