Thinking about snagging a 4k tv started off looking at a 60 but it isn't worth the price increase of around 40-60% so Im now looking at a 55.

I can read reviews etc solo but I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with a 4ktv whether a friend owns one or you have one personally. What do you like and what dont you like about them.

Can get a high quality 1080p for around 1,100 or grab a high end 4k for around 1,400-1,500. 4k content is growing gradually. Not saying its do or die but wouldnt hurt my feelings.

I still can't tell the difference between 1080p and 2160p.

480p --> 1080p is very noticeable to me, however.

My vision is poor though. Too lazy to get glasses.

You could be like Ghot or myself, buy high-end GPU's and not game at all.
