Whats the Debug Led say?

Its on the motherboard, Take off the side panel if you dont have a see through window. Its a two digit screen near the bottom.

I assume you have tested everything to be working via your integrated graphics already.

Press Del on boot, go to advanced->northbridge configuration, change default graphics adaptor to PCI-E. Save/reboot.

What ram do you have in it?

Try running it with just one stick if you have two etc.

make sure the RAM is in slots 1 & 3 or in 2 & 4 ...counting AWAY from the CPU.
