Hey,
I can't go to my maximum resolution for some reason (1600 x 1200), when I change it, the screen goes black and says ""Analog out of range 74.5hz/60hz'"
I tried changing the screen refresh rate via control panel but I am unable to change anything (Its all grey/unclickable)

I have a 9800gt, I cant seem to change settings using nvidia control panel (cant seem to find how to change any settings for that matter...)

Would love some help, thanks.

1600 x 1200 ona 17"? thats probably why its not working. your monitor only supports up to 1280 x 1024

Ya 4:3 aspect ratio is not 1200p.

You can try downsampling though if you want a higher resolution.

My bad, my original resolution in which I was used to was 1680 x 1050, which is what I have now.

Its strange that it has 'fixed by itself'
I've used this monitor and this computer together for the last 5 years and no issues like this till now but its all good now...
