Any tips on changing the bus speed if I am changing the multiplier to x 21.0

Overclocking this CPU will cause its power consumption to go up dramatically, so I hope that your motherboard can support that.

My motherboard can handle it, it's unlocked and motherboard can adjust the multiplier to any amount I need to adjust the bus speed also. Thanks for input.

No, he means the power delivery on your motherboard. What motherboard do you have?

get an aftermarket cpu cooler and disable 4 cores.

Your CPU is "unlocked", so you do not need to adjust the base clock speed, just the CPU's multiplier.

According to the following link, your motherboard has 4+2 phases, so it might not allow your power hungry CPU to overclock too much:
