What? Any build you can get off of newegg, minus servers and VERY select few boards can't OC.

Any build pretty much is ready to OC though.

check out those case fans....mass CFM low noise...awesome bearings...and PVM controls...and the blades come off for cleaning lol ^^

Doesn't make any other build non-OCable, which is what you implied with the title of this thread.

Once again you argue a moot point...most ppl don't buy CPU coolers and case fans they gonna need to OC...if ur bored...go to a chat channel :/
