Does your motherboard have a Debug LED? Did you update your bios? Use the recommended ram settings (xmp/expo)?

What ram kit and motherboard do you have installed? Does problem persist with old ram?

You putting the DRAM in slot 2 and 4, yes?
Also, did you touch something else while switching components? Like did u remove the GPU and put it back or something?

Only touched the RAM and the cooling thingy is in the way of one of the ports so I can only use the 2 that were previously used. Assuming they’re 1/2

PLace the RAM in slot 2 and 4. Adjust your "cooling thingy" so they fit in those slots.

do you hear any noises during bootup? your computer will go through the POST process (power on self test) and cycle through your hardware checking if theyre functional. typically if something is bad, you'll hear a beep or a series of beeps which indicates the faulty piece. most mobos also have LED's to also indicate which piece has failed

if youre not hearing any beeps or seeing any lights, it makes me think theres a loose connection somewhere....

Only noticeable thing is the fan speed. If it doesn’t boot up the fan seems to be lower RPM. When it signals the fan spins faster
