And you'll probably ask me why am I using this type of mouse it's easier for me because my hands don't work as well and that's The reason I use this type of mouse.

The reason I mention the mouse is Because someone told me to look into this it could be the reason but wasn't sure, So what's been going on Sometimes my Programs and all my stuff will freeze up a little bit and when I click on the mouse it beeps when I click stuff but if I restart my computer it's fine for while
Hopefully we can get this fixed if anyone knows how to help me that would be great

Did you download all of the drivers for your motherboard? So BIOS, chipset and all the other drivers. I'd also run Windows update to see if you might be missing a driver somewhere too.
Also have you tested with a different mouse to see if the same issue occurs?

I will try the different mouse I do my windows updates all the time that didn't fix it either not really sure how to download the latest drivers manually but I will try the mouse first and switch it out see if that fixes it if not I can try to get in the bios

To download the drivers manually you can google your motherboards model + drivers and it should pop up. Here's an example for mine. Yours will be on another site if it isn't an MSI board.

Also here's the driver for your mouse if it isn't installed already too: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024840533--Downloads-Wireless-Mouse-M185

Right click on your start button and go to “Device Manager” from the drop down. If you see anything with a yellow question mark, let us know.

Have you downloaded GeForce Experience?

It’s a program that detects and updates your graphics card. Since your processor doesn’t have integrated graphics, you can’t remove your card to troubleshoot. The next best thing is to have the Nvidia Control panel app from the Microsoft Store app and the GeForce Experience program to help rule those two out.

Did you install Windows fresh or did it come with Windows installed as a prebuilt? Also, which version of Windows are you running?
