Im staying with AMD cpus and going for a 9 7800x 3D, and my only debate is GPU. I have always had Nvidia and still using my 1080ti, looking to get a 7900 xtx or should i stick with the 4000 rtx? The GPU and CPU sync with this new cpu is impressive and the 24 gigs of vram on a xtx is very good. Just looking on thoughts on this community, this is a age old fight between the 2.

1000 watt psu and there will be a closed loop cooler (be quiet, deepcool or lain li) I think the biggest problem is software to be honest.

Pros and cons to each GPU, no real loss either way.

Go all out AMD for funsies.

Yea, they both do what's needed. I think i prefer the extra gigs on the AMD for its price point. Thank you for that.

Ohhhhh, aha yes. I remember this video. I stayed away from intel for a long time because of their crap. I have decided to stick with AMD full build with the xtx 7900. It will out perform my 1080 ti which is still such a good card.

NVIDIA announcing some new cards, prices, shelf dates next week for a few 4000 series Super cards. I think the 4080 Super could be the sweet spot if it available at alleged leak price and specs.

be careful with these companies releasing new gens every year. it's the same buffoonery just like what apple does with their garbage new iphones that offer nothing new worth $1k.

it's all to bend over the customer and sell them on false hope and plant the needing to upgrade seed

a lot of these components you won't feel a noticeable upgrade until at least several generations apart

Absolutely. Small small upgrades that are not very noticeable at 10 times the price. however leaps and bounds over my 1080ti
