So basically there was a rock/metal Music video on youtube.
This office guy was mad because his boss wouldn't listen to his idea.
The office guy dresses as a clown, and hurts the boss, and then like tapes the boss to a computer chair, and pushes him out of a window.
the next day they have another meeting, and the boss knew it was the office guy, because the office guy was still wearing his clown shoes.

Office guy = main music person in the video.

Can't remember the video name or music/artist ect.
