Have been taking drum lessons for a couple months now and am having a lot of fun and seeing lots of progression. I was hoping for a good, reliable website that has drum sheet music for songs... anything rock (not metal) since that's pretty much all I can play right now

A lot of the websites I'm coming across are weird or only have drum tabs, and I am having a hard time reading tabs now that I actually learned how to read sheet music which is far easier for me.

I would not mind paying a few bucks for quality sheet music, but would prefer it to be free obviously

Some examples of bands whose songs I've learned or currently learned: Nirvana, Paramore, The White Stripes. just basic stuff like this is what I'm after

Drums music is getting pretty rare man, normally it's reserved for marching band percussion, orchestral/classical percussion. Just listen to the songs. Most rock bands play extremely easy drum beats that are easily discerned by just listening. I have been playing professionally, and recording bands professionally for years and drum music has never came up in any of the times I have thrown cover bands together. Save yourself some cash and some money man.

I have come across a lot of drum sheet music online already since I posted this, there are even a few websites I found solely dedicated to drum sheet music. Reading music is how I learn best right now, it is still too difficult for me to learn to play by ear. But thank you for the info.

drummerworld is a good one for learning chops. their forum is unparalleled when it comes to artist focus, chops etc. havent been there in a while but they might not have a wide array of sheet music

get a program that can play tabs in real time, I think like tux guitar will do drums also, then you get notes+timing from tabs and can also hear how it's supposed to sound
