idk if this is the right place for this but anyway here goes
ok so i wanted to try my hand at making some beats with Fl Studio soon as i installed it my computer started to stutter of and on so i uninstalled
it has kept doing so for a few months now when i load a new window or something like that that adds a quick jump in load the computer starts to video/sound stutter for a few milla seconds
any idea how to fix this maby its a problem with video playback or codec pack idk
