How long would it take to go from 0 experience to being able to play Scenes From an Italian Restaurant by Billy Joel?

a while

say you do a good amount of practice regularly (1 hour every day)

id say if you're very talented/learn stuff quickly
about 3-6 months to play parts of it and 2-3 years to play it all confidently

if you're particularly untalented
2-3 years to play parts and 4-7 years or not at all to do it all


so hard to give an accurate estimate and i don't even play piano atm but this gives you an idea
