Ok so my girlfriend is a music therapist. She is an awesome singer and just everything about her is music. Unfortunately I still don't know much about music. I've tried to learn as much as I can when she shows me stuff and all but it all usually just goes over my head.

Anyway with our jobs we had to do the whole distance thing the past couple months and I want to get her something thoughtful when I visit her next month (only time I can visit til we move back in together in December). She loves Alan Jackson and one song in particular... "Right on the money". Any ideas for a gift that you guys would like? It doesn't have to be over the top expensive but it can be. Just wanna get her something thoughtful but I'm stumped :(

She needs this in December. Get the vinyl:

If she doesn't have a record player, then that's what you get her now, a record player. It's a different musical listening experience and forgotten format thankfully, coming back into popularity.

It's very difficult shopping for an experienced musical enthusiast. They already know what they like and they're likely to go and get it themselves. Also the same person who likes Alan Jackson could be the same person to hate willie nelson and love Blink 182, so you never really know what albums/artists to buy. You could also get her a book. Check out this one:

The Hard cover is selling cheap. She may have it, but this one snuck under the radar and it's great.
