The industry standard has been 440hz for a long time. Concert pitch for some orchestras are tuned to 448hz.
Neither of these frequencies are conducive with the vibrations of our cells, earth, or the cosmos. But 432hz is. In short you could be playing your instrument at a frequency that vibrates with all of nature, or you can keep using 440hz which has only negative effects on nature.
Tune to 432hz! (Turn on your tuner and mess with the settings until you find 432hz).
Backing tracks are hard to find in 432. I'm changing that as we speak. One backing track already uploaded to jam out in c harmonic minor at 432hz. Uploading another one now. One much easier one to jam with since this one was for more advanced musicians.
