I bought a pair of two used Zildjian hi hats that came with a free Pearl hi hat stand. The stand has a destroyed cymbal seat that's similar to this.



The plastic under the metal washer is destroyed on one side. Is it okay to just get a similar-looking replacement that fits, or do I have to get one specifically made by Pearl?
