Likely that your bridge may be a little low/high, so adjust it very slightly on the LOW STRING side and see if it makes a difference (will prolly take 3 or 4 attempts to hear the difference)

Also check the top of the neck. Is it straight? Is one string higher or lower than the others?

ive seen alot of issues firsthand with cheap saddles that the strings make a permenant indentation it makes the note buzzy and gave me issues with tuning it may have happened from leaving my guitar in the hot car this one day not sure tho overtightning strings maybe anyhow my cusin ended up turning in his old guitar under warrenty and they sent him a new one without the same problem.. yet

the indentation makes the string slightly lower causing more fret buzz

This,

The only time I've had an issue other than the frets needing to be filed and the neck realigned is when I was lazy to restring it and tired when doing it n wrapped the g string the wrong way, backed it out and put other way n ofc that stress popped it so had to put that very old g string back on for the time being

But if they are new strings, really doesn't matter what kind, they shouldn't buzz on certain frets
