Especially for the solo starting around 3:37. How is such an amazing tone even possible? Alot of the solos he does sound better than the originals.

My guess is Marshall amp with a ton of distortion and boosted mids/trebles, a bunch of pedals, and a really good microphone that adds a bit of an overdriven tone to the recording.

Does anyone have any idea how I would go about replicating a tone like this? EQ settings, equipment, etc., I'm open to all suggestions. Assuming a budget of roughly $2000 for all gear except the guitar, would this be possible?

Pretty sure kobiba uses online tones and not real equipment in his recordings. Try something like amplitube? I might be wrong, just what I think

I don't think so, in one of his videos he says he uses a Marshall AVT150. They aren't in production anymore though.
