Started learning some Hendrix an hour or two ago and just had a ton of fun playing Voodoo Child. Im trying to get more into older rock/blues stuff and could use some recommendations.
Just looking to play around with the tube/fuzz sounds and learn some new songs mainly.

i remember learning "purple haze" really helping me out. look at the minor pentatonic scale and blues scale (similar), and you will be improv jamming with hendrix instantly!

cream - white room -> enjoyed learning/playing it!

also look into stevie ray vaughan for example: mary had a little lamb
