It isn't a good idea to sing something you can already sing well and then ask for criticism (or may I say compliments), if you have already achieved a certain level of singing. If you want to improve, sing a song that you'd like to learn to sing better, a song you think there is still lots to improve on and then we will easier find out what you need to improve. Of course you're the one who is doing it all, but we can speed up your process. You can also try to sing that one song in the video in different ways and ask us which is better.
Just a suggestion to start off... show me how well you can utilize your head voice. It is something that adds another dimension to singers. Something that make lots of good singers become great singers. My specialty is helping males to sing slow ballads better, so feel free to PM me about that.
I also have seen you singing with a woman in your other video. It is more difficult to sing harmonious when you're singing together at the same time. Back her up, sing in different keys and try to harmonize with her. It will improve your pitch precision.
Another way to improve is to take a random poem and sing it. It will improve your improvisation the more you do it.
