Just got a m-audio fast track and im wondering what program to use for amps and stuff for recording? any good free ones or cheap good quailty?

I use sonar, it's great
Cubase is awesome too

I have a m-audio fast track, and i wan't to use vst amp plugins with reaper ( recording program) but im not getting any sound!

I don't know much about Reaper...

is you're M-audio device detected by the computer? Did you put it on output?

Guitar rig is awesome as amp plugins, but I'd go with sonar.
