Copying from another thread I made on another forum:

Hello.

Currently I have the Electric Drum set called: Roland TD-11K V-Drum

Since I want to advance my drumming with adding a new ride cymbal and also getting new pads, I need some advice first.

I want my drum set to be similiar with:

When I look at my current Drum Set I see that there's a cable called RDB (?) or something like that, I am in school at the moment, so can't look it up. I have also checked the manual and it says that the cable should be tied into the set and not be used.

Will this cable work if I connect it with a Roland CY-13R 13" V-Cymbal?

If not, I would appreciate an explanation on how to add another cymbal without removing another one. I want 2 crash and 1 ride.

When it comes to adding a "floor drum" and two other tom-toms, are these the correct ones, and is it also just to replace the black pads I have?

Roland PDX-8 10" V-Drum x 1 (As the floor drum)

Roland PDX-6 8" V-Drum x 2 (As the tom-toms)

If you would like to reply all my questions I appreciate it a lot. But any other reply that includs advices, tips and other stuff, I would like aswell.

Thanks!

*EDIT* Also, should I add another cymbal stand, and where can I find these? Or can I use a regular for acoustic that I have?
