Went to see Wintersun yesterday: got to fist bump the whole band and Teemu gave me his pick in hand when they finished their set.

But honestly, that was one of the sickest show I've ever seen by judging both as a music lover and musician. Although sound wasn't the best upfront, they were flawless and nailed every riff and solo perfectly.

So, what was the best live performance you guys have seen?

Personally, excluding Distant Worlds - because a good orchestra is always flawless - Roger Waters' "The Wall" and Wintersun come first equally (as they are a totally different genre, but both blew me away). Dream Theater is a close second too.

sounds legit...I don't tend to go to live shows for testaments to the artists' musicianship, but Red Hot Chili Peppers were pretty awesome. Flea is a top notch bassist

I've seen Roger Waters' The Wall aswell, probably the most amazing thing I've ever witnessed. Jeff Beck was also awesome to see live in 2010.
