Both are extremely repetitive. Sounds like everything everyone makes on FL or with reason.
I would say they are decent as a concept track, now rough draft and then finish it out and add some diversity to the sounds / chorus.
I do like the bass you use though, hits very very smooth.

Thats really what the rap industry wants for these type of beats, a steady flow with repetitive hooks too keep listeners interested.

Most beats like this are usually same melody throughout, usually

too much loop

But the genius part is keeping the same beat while keeping people interested.
You can still keep the beat but alter it slightly at key parts and throw in little changes with a lead synth or something.

Little changes in voice, chorus, verses make a huge difference in catching and HOLDING the attention of people.
