when i finger my e-string for like quick and steady bass lines for example a "Blink-182" song.. BUT wqhen i go to play for example 00000000000444444446644 --- it gives me a horrible sound like the string it just smashing against the frests that arent being played like a metalic rumble.. i want to get rid of this and have it sound "Muted" like there are no fret metalic sounds you know?

If your string is hitting the fretboard, it's because it is too loose.
Are these strings on the "factory settings" ? Did you change yourself your bass strings since you have it?

What type of strings (size) you are using? They might be too big for a standard tuning.
It might also be a bass neck twist problem. If it's not a strings issue, bring it to a shop, they will check it for you.

Also, to get a muted sound on bass, i usually just do like a deadnote on guitar : put you fretboard finger on the note you want to mute, but don't push it towards the fretboard.

Like Kafir said, it could be that the neck is warped and the action is not right.

I don't know if you are a new player or not, but a common mistake is that you are fretting the note in a place that causes a lot of buzz.
If that's the problem, you generally want to press down on the second half of the fret, closer to the body of the bass.

If it is a neck problem, it's best to bring it to a guitar shop and have it "set up" for you.
Around here, it costs 50 USD + new strings for a standard tuning neck setup.
