what he said, it comes with time....
but if you are really concerned you should find songs that use alot of bar chords.
this one helped me alot:
Intro
-------|-------------|---------------|-1-----------|
-------|-------3-3---|-5-5-5---------|-3-----3-3---|
-----2-|-------3-3---|-5-5-5-2-----2-|-2-----3-3---|
-----0-|-0---3-3-3---|-5-5-5-0-----0-|-----3-3-3---|
-0-3---|---3-1-1-1-3-|-3-3-3---0-3---|---3-1-1-1-x-|
-------|-------------|---------------|-------------|
---------------|-1-1---------|--------|
-5-------------|-3-3---------|--------|
-5-----2-------|-2-2---------|--------|
-5---5-0-----0-|-0-0-x-3-3-3^|5-5-5-7-|
-3-0-3---0-3---|-------1-1-1^|3-3-3-5-|
---------------|-------------|--------|it will help soften up your hands to using your ring finger to barre as well for those 5th string ones.
could also try something like D - > Em -> Bm - > g and repeat. will get you into the habit of switching to it from other chords etc,
/e with those songs where you barre with your ring finger like that your finger will probably also hurt for awhile like practicing pulloffs or bends or anything else
dont get hung on up on it though, it takes a long time, longer than most people have patience for so do something else when your hands get tired or whatever, there are lots of important fingerings that dont take months of stengthening to get too..
x3321x -F
320033 -G
332010 -C/G
20023x -D/F#
x2313x -dim fingering
x2122x -9chords
etc etc, should make an effort to learn each of them.
