Black looks badass, white looks pearlescent so I guess (to an extent) that would also be good. I'd choose BLUE over RED btw

they dont have blue though T_T

I'm willing to bet you any money that you'll be able to find a better used kit for less then that... Check kijiji and craigslist for deals dude, trust me, it's WELL worth it.

Although I'm not knocking Pearl (love their hardware) they're fairly over priced for the shells you're getting. On top of that, ZBT cymbals are absolute SHIT. Their crashes have some potential, but their Hats and that Crash/Ride it comes with sounds like absolute shit, I promise you.

In all honesty, I'd look for a cheap shell pack (dude even CB drums with new heads and properly tuned will sound incredible) and then buy a couple pro level cymbals. I'm willing to bet you'll end up spending less but will enjoy your kit MUCH MUCH more.

If you need help finding something let me know where you live. I troll kijiji/craigslist religiously for deals (so I can add to my collection or flip for more money) and have a pretty good sense on pricing.
