024x32 Not sure exactly what chord it is, though i believe it is Em7add9 with capo @ fret 4 would make it, G#m7add9? maybe its not a minor chord though im not sure, cause there is no G or Gb, in it :/

resolves into A very pretty, or rather C# w/o the capo
