I brought my guitar to the tech for a fret refreshing and string change.

Somehow, my guitar buzzes now. The noise reduces when I touch the volume know or metal pieces, excepted for the coils.

Is that a fret buzz? What can I do? by the way I have a floyd rose

thx

You need to fix the action and/or adjust the truss rod. Post a picture of your bridge and neck facing downward from the head stock to the body and I will give a detailed explanation on how to fix this.
