okay so on one of my guitar the strings are literally touches the fret and it only make a buzzing sound is there any way i can raise them?

I take it you raised the bridge, just a lil bit?

Make sure you adjust the neck with a truss rod tool, or an allan wrench, make sure its the right size so you don't strip it and fuck your whole neck up.
A lot of people are scared to touch these things, but just watch a bunch of YouTube videos and Google a bunch of diagrams and I'm sure you can figure it out.
