Currently I've got:

Fender Telecaster Thin Line (sea foam green with a 'little 59' humbucker')
Randall G3 150H head(SUCKS)
B-52 cab (sucks more)

I'm looking to get an Orange Rocker 30 head, and a Marshall 1960 A cab.

I just can't afford to purchase any musical gear, or anything for that matter seeing as I'm so broke.

But yeah, I play post-rock/indie/stuff like that, and I'd love to hear some other setups you guys have, even if you play metal or anything else.

Marshall AVT Tributes. Cabs, heads, all fuckin awesome and very stylish looking.

I personally have a Marshall AVT cab with a shitty Marshall MG-GFX head (awful, but has lovely chorus/delay/reverb effects)

Do you have any way to save money? What price range are you looking to spend? How much can you save in 4 months of saving?

How much do you have to spend? I play through an Egnater Renegade through a 2x12 Avatar cab w/ celestion v30's. Works great...I play pop/alt rock type stuff. The Egnater amp heads are AMAZING sounding and pretty affordable...I'd say they're a better option than an orange.

I love the Egnater Renegade's, sound amazing. But as for the head, I'm pretty set on Orange/Marshall/Engl.

And currently I have nothing, but I will be saving up pretty much every dollar I get that I don't have to spend on other shit.

Really, what I'm uncertain on is the cab.
I want a 4x12, that I'm sure of.
But idk if I want Orange, Avatar, classic Marshall or what.

I'm all set on guitar, but if I had it my way I'd also have a Gretsch Silver Falcon and a Fender Jazz Master

I'd take an Orange cab over the Marshall any day. Tighter sounding. They sound good at any proximity. Marshalls cabs are designed for stages and the speakers couples around 50ft. Most rooms cant accommodate this. They sound loud sure, but crap fidelity imo even when heard from 50ft out. An Orange set up is pretty good for a lot of styles and sounds. Great for Rock and heavy stuff!

You might like the tones of the vox valve amps, and they're probably cheaper than Orange.
