Yes easy.

Take off the scratchplate - thus all electronics are exposed.

Take off the backplate if there is one there too

Small Crosshead screwdriver, wire cutters, soldering iron.

there is no backplate so i size'd it up and it look my me like all i have to do is unsolder, from the the hot and ground of the output jack which looks to be connect to the plate so if i unsolder will it just come apart?
If so, when im done job can i resolder it?

As long as you take out ALL of the excess parts (screws, bits of solder, plates, wires etc) then there's no reason you couldn't resolder in all new parts.

However - I don't recommend you do this without taking pictures of where everything is situated first - take off scratchplate, take pics of everything, move wires and take pics, THEN you have a guide to resolder parts, and can do it step by step.

When sanding to remove paint how much do you remove, and is there a specific motion( spiral, up and down etc.)

id go in circles its always better because you remove the paint more evenly and get a small hand-size block of wood and sanding sandingpaper around that for the smooth areas.

be carefull and go with 1000 / 600 / 300 grit . you have to get only the paint down and dont remove to much of the wood because you open the woodpores. or something.

Have you looked into sanding down a guitar at all? You should not touch your guitar until you've looked at the basics lol -don't just go all in because you heard it's easy xD

well everybody has to start somewhere but its true that he should get in the basics first.. might go and look up the forum offsetguitars there are some wicket builds. refinishes and stuff like that. just read more about it and get used to it. might help you not to screw up that body. and take pictures and show up if your not sure.
