I think we are all wrong.

Without knowing Classical Music, who knows.

However - I am damn sure he'd have a massive respect for Yngwie Malmsteen, Petrucci and probably some of the other Power Metal guys out there. Beethoven was an eccentric, and obv all of the afformentioned are nuts too

Petrucci isn't nuts. Yngwie on the other hand...

Idno dude - Petrucci has also pushed boundries and I think Beethoven would respond to that in a positive light

anyway, i think he'd like something with a complex structure...dark side of the moon maybe. those classical guys would have a huge respect for arrangement more than anything i imagine. then again, he'd probably jam to classical stuff...He'd probably like Tchaikovsky
