hey guys

i need advice on a new/old new guitar..
ive got now a fender jaguar cp special but i wanna let this one in our bandroom or at home. (gotta get a small vox combo too ^^ for homeuse)
thats why im in the search of a new guitar.
(the new one can be road worn i dont mind that / prefer roadworn style)
budget around 400 bucks
maybe a epiphone wilshire? ive heard fender 70s broncos go for 300 but i think that isnt true :(
saw there are some squiers (the 50th anni. line) (the butterscotch jazzmaster and the desert sand duo sonic) im thinking of getting them roadworn cause i love the style of it (but just clashing a guitar against a wall is <_<
is here someone who wants to sell a guitar that would go well with my search?

My brother bought an Epiphone Les Paul for around 250. Its pretty nice quality for the price. Though i personally prefer the fender style guitars, you can find a fender brand guitar for around 500.

The one ive had for about 7 years is a 1969 Highway One Fender Strat. Came with humbucker back pick ups and 2 single coils. Sounds amazing, plays very nicely, and all around a great guitar. Cost me 900 bucks but was definatly well worth it. I dont see myself playing another other guitar

Hope that helps ya ;)

yeah iw as jsut sayin, a lot of times it worth the investment.

Why do you want a new one anyway? Are you unhappy with ur current?

if so, you should find things you dont like about it and find a guitar thats better suitied for that.

well i was thinking to buy a second guitar bescause i dont want to carry ma jaguar around all the time, (from bandroom to my home). would be much easier if i got a guitar at home and one at the bandroom... and some GAS ofcourse

but i realy like my jaguar and i wont sell it! im happy with it ! :D

well then i would recommend a squire. They're cheap, and decent quality, though you probably will want ur jag to be where u want better sound and play feel.

i started out on a squire strat and then progressed to a fender =)

*shudders at the very thought of going back to Squire*

If you are after a 2nd guitar, a Telecaster is ftw!

well yeah i thought about this ones but both is a bit overprice for a mex or a squier?

mex would be that one :

squier would be that one : http://www.thomann.de/de/fender_squier_classic_vibe_tele_50s.htm or http://www.thomann.de/de/fender_squier_classic_vibe_telecustom.htm?sid=4f37be2bfc45211393b6184bcd125ffb

well and there is a duo sonic in desert sand with gold pickguart

lame

the best thing would be to catch a cheap 5-20 year old "any fender" whats played as a player guitar with dings and dongs on mass..
